Commission Based ($0-$10k /Month)

Responsibilities

A phone/online sales representative will service current accounts or contact customers to start new accounts with the company. They will have a list of services they must sell and might have a script the company requires to follow. They will record customer responses in a computer system. When a customer places an order, sales agent will set up an account for the customer and submits orders on their behalf. Agent may also recommend add-on services or products based on what a customer is already booked or what the customer has just booked.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Take Inbound calls and outbound calls – NO COLD CALLING
– Provide Service recommendation about our Event Services
– Respond to and send email follow-up with customers
– Maintain active communication with customers
– Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
– Input customer information and orders
– Look for Leeds on Social Media
– Run your own Social Media Ads ( Free )

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
– High School Diploma or GED
– Inbound and outbound call center sales is a PLUS
– Event Design experience is a PLUS
