They will have a list of services they must sell and might have a script the company requires to follow. They will record customer responses in a computer system. When a customer places an order, sales agent will set up an account for the customer and submits orders on their behalf. Agent may also recommend add-on services or products based on what a customer is already booked or what the customer has just booked.
