-You must own your own sound system, music, wireless microphone and custom lighting effects.

-You must own and insure your own vehicle and one that is in excellent mechanical condition. When a client’s wedding is your destination, you have to be there on time. No room for error.

-You must be the type of person who strives for 100% client satisfaction every time. If only 90% of your past clients would say that you are a quality entertainer we are sorry but we are not interested.

-You must have experience as a DJ.

-You must be the type of person who can motivate others to have FUN through the strength of your personality, your excellent choice of music, reading the crowd and most importantly, honoring the wishes and requests of the client.

-You must understand and respect the decorum of a wedding ceremony and have experience performing at them, as this is one of the services we provide our clients in addition to performing at their receptions.

-You must also respect the clergy when performing a ceremony or interacting with them at a reception event. These devoted individuals serve a vital role in our society and deserve your utmost respect at all times.

-You must possess an open mind regarding and broad knowledge of all types of music. Our DJ’s play what our clients wish to hear. Not what the DJ wishes to hear.

-You must be the type of person who is ALWAYS on time. Every time. We require you to arrive at the venue a full 75 minutes prior to the first tune being played. A full 75 minutes. Not 65, not 60. A full 75 minutes. Also we promise our clients that our DJ’s will start the music 10 minutes early if they want us to.

-You must be professional in appearance, speech and demeanor at all times at events, not only with the client but also with our friends and co workers in this business, banquet hall managers, catering companies, photography firms, etc. We do not allow a DJ to consume any alcohol, smoke a cigarette, take a break, solicit tips or exhibit any other unprofessional behaviors at events.

-We apologize sincerely if these “Musts” offend you in any way. But we feel strongly that it would be better to risk offending a potential new DJ than to risk offending even one of our clients. A phone sales representative will service current accounts or contact customers to start new accounts with the company. They will have a list of services they must sell and might have a script the company requires to follow. They will record customer responses in a computer system. When a customer places an order, sales agent will set up an account for the customer and submits orders on their behalf. Agent may also recommend add-on services or products based on what a customer is already booked or what the customer has just booked.

Job Information

We specialize in the rental of customized photo booths to fit any event. We provide photo booths for corporate events, weddings, birthdays, graduations, and many other types of events and private parties. Our company is growing rapidly and has ambitious growth plans, and we’re looking to develop a team of responsible, creative, intelligent, and friendly individuals.

We’re seeking friendly, and energetic attendants for the best photo booth company around (we think, anyway). Job will entail delivery, setup and attending photo booths at various events. Must be available to work weekends. Typical events last 2-4 hours (plus travel, set up and break down) and occur mostly on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. From start to finish, the entire compensated time may be 4-8 hours. Setup and break down time is included in the pay as listed in the ad description.

Set Up: 5:00 PM
Event Start: 7:00 PM
Event End: 10:00 PM
Break Down: 11:00 PM

Photo Booth Event Hours: 3
Setup/Break Down Hours: 3
Total Working Hours: 6

● Attend training
● Maintain perfect attendance and timeliness. Because of the nature of our business, perfect attendance is a must! We do not tolerate late/no shows
● Be courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. Always represent The company brand well
● Transport, set up, break down photo booth
● Store the photo booth in the attendant’s home after the event and drop off the booth after last shift that week
● Create a fun atmosphere and encourage guests to have a great time in the photo booth
● Keep photo booth clean and neat before and during the event
● Understand back-end operation of the photo booth
● Dress according to company policy for events (NO facial, excessive or large lob piercings, No visible tattoos, No Smokers)
● Make bi-weekly visit to the office or a mutually agreed upon location for booth maintenance, event supplies restock, or as needed by the company.

● Must be able to be friendly, energetic and fun
● Must have basic computer knowledge; excellent customer service skills
● Must be 18 years or older
● Must be able to lift without assistance (50 lbs+/-). Attendants will load photo booth in and out of the vehicle and event venue
● Must have driver license/clean driving record, full insurance on their vehicle and reliable transportation
● Problem solver and can perform under stress well. “Small” tech issues arise occasionally
● Experience in the events industry or photography background is a plus

Attendants are provided the option of which events they want. They can accept or decline events weeks or months in advance, unless there are last minute bookings in which they are contacted for availability.
